■ Scholarship Overview The Daegu Dong-gu Education Foundation is accepting applications for the 2026 scholarship program to support local students.

■ Selection Scale and Funding per Category

■ Schedule

■ Eligibility Students must meet all of the following criteria:

Must have been a registered resident of Dong-gu, Daegu for at least one consecutive year as of the announcement date.
Must be currently attending a high school in Daegu, or have graduated from a high school in Daegu and be currently enrolled in a 4-year university bachelor's degree program in Korea (Students on leave of absence are excluded).
- Excluded: Vocational colleges, Korea National Open University, Cyber universities, Academic Credit Bank System, Lifelong education centers.
Must be recommended by the principal of the current or graduated school (or University President).

■ How to Apply

Application Process: Complete the application form → Collect individual or recommender’s documents → Submit to the Daegu Dong-gu Education Foundation.
Submission Method: In-person visit or registered mail.
- Note: Submission via E-mail or FAX is not accepted.
Forms: Print from the foundation website (dgeduf.or.kr) or Dong-gu District Office website (dong.daegu.kr).
