2026 Scholarship and Education Support Selection Plan Announcement

The Yongin City Scholarship Foundation hereby announces the selection plan for the 2026 scholarships and education support as follows.

1. Scholarship Support Plan
   Total support scale: 905 recipients, KRW 714,800,000

• Scholarship category: 799 recipients, KRW 683,000,000

• Education support category: 106 recipients, KRW 31,800,000

2. Implementation Schedule
   A. Announcement: Feb. 27, 2026 (Fri)
   B. Application Period: Mar. 18, 2026 (Wed) 09:00 – Apr. 10, 2026 (Fri) 18:00 (24 days)
   ※ Applications will not be accepted on public holidays.

C. Review: May 19, 2026 (Tue)
D. Notification of Selected Recipients: May 28, 2026 (Thu)
E. Scholarship Certificate Ceremony: Jun. 20, 2026 (Sat)
F. Scholarship Payment: After the distribution of scholarship certificates

3. Eligibility
   A. Applicants must be citizens who have maintained resident registration in Yongin City and have continuously lived there for at least two years as of the announcement date, or direct descendants of such citizens.

B. Applicants must not have received other scholarships in the same year.
[However, university students may receive multiple scholarships within the limit of their tuition amount.]

4. Required Documents
   Refer to the selection plan.

5. Application Procedure
   Complete the application form → (collected by the recommender) → submit to the Yongin City Scholarship Foundation
