[College Management Team] Recruitment of the 20th Class of "Caritas Volunteer Group," Official Institutional Club of the Catholic University of Korea

The Caritas Volunteer Group, an official institutional club under the University College of the Catholic University of Korea, is looking for its 20th class of members to practice love through service.

Caritas is a representative official organization of the university, known for hosting major events such as the "Briquette Sharing of Love" and focusing on the needs of the socially vulnerable. We welcome both freshmen and current students who are passionate about sharing love under our motto: "To the Lowest Places."

1. Eligibility

  • Freshmen and current students of the Catholic University of Korea.

  • Must be interested in volunteer activities and able to serve for at least two semesters.

2. Main Activities

  • Group Volunteering: Briquette sharing, weekly/monthly continuous service, on/off-campus environmental cleanup, etc.

  • Individual/Flash Volunteering: Bench cleaning, "1,000 Won Breakfast" service, etc.

  • Social Activities: Workshops, MT (membership training), and small group gatherings.

3. Benefits & Rewards

  • ELP Points: 20 points for 20+ hours / 30 points for 30+ hours of service.

  • Official Certificate: Awarded upon completion of the program.

  • Academic Record: Participation is officially recorded in the student registry.

  • Scholarship: "Caritas Volunteer Talent Scholarship" for outstanding members (must meet school scholarship requirements).

  • Financial Support: Uniforms, dinner expenses for general meetings, and meals during volunteer work provided.

  • Club Room: Access to the dedicated Caritas club room.

4. Requirements for Completion

  • Must complete at least two semesters to receive a certificate.

  • Per-semester requirements: * Participate in 2 group volunteer sessions.


    • 30+ hours of individual volunteering (Note: This is waived for new members in their first semester if they are enrolled in the "Sharing Love" course).

    • Mandatory participation in at least one weekly or monthly continuous service project.

  • Attendance at General Meetings, Workshops (Spring/Fall), and the Fall Briquette Sharing event is mandatory.

6. Recruitment Schedule

  • Application Period: March 3 (Tue) – March 11 (Wed), 2026, 11:59 PM

  • Document Result Announcement: March 13 (Fri)

  • Interview Dates: March 16 (Mon) – March 18 (Wed) (Individual contact for successful applicants)

  • Final Result Announcement: March 19 (Thu)

  • 20th Class Workshop: March 21 (Sat)


    • Final results will be sent individually and will not be posted on the official website.

7. How to Apply

  • Required Documents: 1 copy of the Caritas Volunteer Group Application (Form attached).

  • Submission Format: Complete the HWP form, convert it to a PDF, and email it to: caritas.low215@gmail.com


    • Submitting an application implies consent to the collection and use of personal information.

  • Email Title & File Name: <Caritas Application_Student ID_Name>


    • Applications that do not follow the format (form, filename, PDF format) will not be accepted.
