1. Credit Exchange System Information
Category | Details |
Application Process | 1) Trinity – Academic Affairs – Classes/Grades – Class – Domestic Credit Exchange Application (Catholic Universities): Complete application. 2) Click 'Apply', print the form, obtain seals from the Major Chair and Dean of the Department/School, and submit to the Academic Affairs Services Team (Total 2 pages). |
Eligibility | 1) Students who have completed at least 1 year (2 semesters). 2) Students with no record of disciplinary action under university regulations. 3) Students in their final semester before graduation are ineligible to apply. |
Courses & Scope | 1) Students may choose from any courses offered by both universities; it is also possible to take only courses from the host university (Note: Teacher training and certification-related courses must be taken at the home institution). 2) Students cannot take courses identical to those already completed (Consult the relevant major regarding course equivalency). 3) Retaking a course previously completed at CUK is only possible at CUK (Retaking at a host university is not permitted). |
Credit Limits | 1) Regular Semester: Up to 19 credits per semester (Max. 6 credits for Sogang Univ. and Catholic Kwandong Univ.). 2) Summer/Winter Session: Up to 6 credits, including all credits earned through home institution sessions, ILI credit-recognized courses, and overseas language programs. 3) Courses being retaken due to a grade of C0 or lower at CUK are excluded from credit exchange; retakes for CUK courses must be done at CUK. |

3. Application Method for Credit Exchange and Recognition

Recognition Application | 1) Documents: Submit "Credit Exchange Recognition Application" in person. 2) Deadline: Submit to the Academic Affairs Services Team 3 days before the host university's recommendation deadline. 3) Enter recognition details in Trinity (Uploading host university syllabus is mandatory) $\rightarrow$ Obtain Dean's seal $\rightarrow$ Submit to Academic Affairs Services Team in person. |
Notes | 1) Ensure actual registration matches the credit recognition application. 2) Cancellation: Must apply for cancellation on the Trinity credit exchange screen; if registered at a host university, notify both institutions (including course withdrawal). 3) Delay in grade arrival due to host university schedules may adversely affect scholarships, academic warnings, dormitory selection, and graduation. |
