Guide to Checking Graduation Evaluation for Spring 2026 (Fall 2025)

We are providing the schedule for expected Spring 2026 graduates to confirm their graduation evaluation results. To ensure a smooth graduation process, please verify the following information within the designated period.

1. Graduation Evaluation Result Verification

• Verification Period: January 26 (Mon) – January 28 (Wed), 2026

• Inquiry Hours: 09:00 – 16:00 (Excluding lunch break 12:00–13:00)

• Verification Location: Office of your affiliated Department/School

  • Note: Specific schedules may vary by department. Please check with your department office before visiting.

2. Key Verification Items

• Transcript Preparation: Print your transcript (Transfer students must include the "Transfer Credit Recognition Table").

• Graduation Requirements Check: Use the [Academic Affairs/Graduation] > [Grade Inquiry for Student Graduation (Reference)] menu in the Trinity system to verify your status.

• Final Graduation Decision: Confirm your final status (Graduation, Completion, or Qualification Deficiency) at your department office.

  • Note on Completion: Students whose final decision is "Completion" will be processed as such if they have applied for it. Those who have not applied for completion will remain "Enrolled" for the 2026-1 semester (Refer to the notice regarding the new Completion Postponement System).

3. Other Important Notes

• Inquiries: Please contact your respective Department/School office during the verification period.

  2. The university is not responsible for disadvantages caused by failing to receive graduation results or academic notices due to incorrect contact information.
