※ This notice is for students from other universities wishing to participate in credit exchange at The Catholic University of Korea. It does not apply to CUK students.

1. Academic Calendar

Category

Details

Tuition Payment

Pay to your home university (No payment required to CUK).

Class Period

March 3, 2026 (Tue) – June 22, 2026 (Mon)


- Midterm Exams: April 21 (Tue) – April 27 (Mon)


- Final Exams: June 16 (Tue) – June 22 (Mon)

Course Search

- Login to Trinity → Academic Affairs → Class/Grades → Registration tab.


- For a syllabus, email ti1017@catholic.ac.kr with the course number.


- Course details (cancellations, time changes) may change after application; please check the portal regularly.

Registration

Course Registration: February 6, 2026 (Fri) 09:00 – 17:00 (via Trinity)


- Add/Drop Period: March 3 (Tue) – March 9 (Mon) / 09:00 – 17:00 daily (excluding weekends).


- Withdrawal 1: To be announced (refer to Academic Notices on the website).


- Withdrawal 2: Must notify both CUK and your home university.

Non-registrable Courses

- Global Business College courses (Specialized for adult learners).


- Field placements/Internships (e.g., Business Internship I).


- Required Liberal Arts (e.g., Sharing Love, Keystone Design, Career Exploration, etc.).


- Courses starting with "C" (Catholic Metaversity courses).


- Integrated Design / Capstone Design courses.


- Teacher certification (Pedagogy) courses.

Course Evaluation

- Grade verification and error correction are only available to those who complete the course evaluation. (Others can only view grades after final confirmation).


- Detailed schedule to be announced later.

Grade Confirmation

- Grades will be finalized on July 6 (Mon) after the verification/correction period (June 30 – July 2).


- Check your grades by logging into the CUK Comprehensive Portal System.




2. Portal Temporary ID Application

ID Assignment

Student IDs will be sent via SMS to your personal contact number between February 2 (Mon) and February 3 (Tue), 2026.


- Temporary IDs are classified under the "Division of Humanities" regardless of your actual major.


- Students with previous CUK exchange experience must contact us to link their IDs.

Method

- After receiving your ID, sign up at the CUK Comprehensive Portal System.


- Link: https://uportal.catholic.ac.kr/


- Click "Request User ID" → Check eligibility → Select "Student (Undergraduate/Alumni)" and "Songsim" campus.




3. Classroom and Instructor Information

- View classrooms, instructors, and materials via the Trinity Cyber Campus.
