Dream Leader Scholarship Recruitment

The Dream Leader program supports participants in becoming leaders who grow through encounters and relationships while performing various volunteer activities over approximately one year.

Activity Guide

Activity Period: February 2026 ~ February 2027

Activity Theme: Growth through Encounter and Relationship

Activity Content: Planning/Implementing volunteer programs for those in need around us

Eligibility Requirements

Undergraduate students enrolled in their 5th or 6th semester

at a national 4-year university (as of February 2026)

Students who resonate with the DB Dream Leader mission

and can commit to passionate activities for one year

Students from national colleges/universities with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

Scholarship Benefits

Living Expense Scholarship:

KRW 3 million per semester x 2 semesters (Maximum 4 semesters over 2 years)

Opportunity for outstanding participants to join overseas volunteer activities

(January 2027, approx. 5 days)
