To assist first-year students without a major in adapting to university life and to strengthen their sense of belonging and connection with senior students, we are holding a 1-night, 2-day welcome camp. We are recruiting student staff to plan and operate the camp program, and we invite enthusiastic participation from interested students.

1. Eligibility

• 50 students from The Catholic University of Korea (Only students in their 2nd–4th year as of Spring 2026 are eligible)
  
  

• Students who can actively communicate with prospective new students
  
  

• Students who can work diligently in a team-based activity
   Preference will be given to those with experience in planning or participating in campus events and programs (e.g., department event staff, extracurricular program participation, camp operations experience, etc.)
  
  

2. Selection Process

• Selection will be made through internal evaluation by the College Management Team, not on a first-come, first-served basis
  
  

• Final selection will be based on the information provided in the Google Form and the applicant’s suitability for the camp’s goals.
  
  

3. Recruitment Areas (One area must be selected when applying)

① Planning Team

• Assist with overall program planning and operations
  
  

• Provide on-site support (including managing movement and ensuring safety)
   

② Event Operations Team

• Guide and manage incoming freshmen
  
  

• Operate on-site programs and lead group activities
   Note: Team assignments may be adjusted depending on the number of applicants.
  
  

4. Responsibilities

① Pre-camp Training (4 sessions total) – Attendance required
 Dates are subject to change based on operational needs

② Mandatory Attendance for the Camp Program

   → Selected staff will receive on-campus accommodation and meals during the camp (January 29–30). No additional compensation will be provided.
