Guide to Verifying Graduation Grades (Scores)

Objective

• To allow students to review their own graduation grades during the verification period, and to enable the department to confirm and take action if any corrections are necessary.

Period

• December 8 (Mon), 2025 ~ December 12 (Fri), 2025 until 17:00

• Correction applications must be submitted within the deadline; corrections after the deadline are not possible.

• Correction applications must be submitted by visiting the department office, excluding holidays and lunch hours.

Verification Method

• Trinity Login → Academic Information → Academics/Graduation → Graduation →  Student Graduation-Related Grade Inquiry → Verify Graduation Grades

Notices

• Students with double majors must verify the graduation grades for both their 1st and 2nd majors.

• Even if the graduation requirements requested by the 1st and 2nd major departments are different, you must submit the necessary documents to both departments.

• Even if the graduation requirements are met, they will not be reflected if the documents are not submitted to the department.

• If you fail to submit your graduation grades, you will be processed as having 'Completed (Deferred)' your studies, even if you have finished all necessary coursework for graduation.

• Since additional semester registration and course enrollment are not possible after being processed as Completed (Deferred), please make sure to verify and submit within the deadline.
