1. What is the “Grade Review and Correction Request System”?

This system allows students to check their grades and request a review if they find any errors, thereby protecting students' rights.
If a student identifies a mistake made by the course instructor—such as miscalculated attendance, missing assignment scores, or other clerical errors—they may submit a request through the Grade Review and Correction Request System.
Instructors will review the submitted claims and correct any confirmed errors.

※ Please note: This system is not for raising grades based on personal circumstances.
 It exists only to correct objective evaluation errors.

December 29, 2025 (Mon) 09:00 ~ December 31, 2025 (Wed) 17:00

3. How to Use the Grade Review & Correction Request System

❏ Student Submission Method

U-Portal Login → Courses/Grades → Grades → Grade Review & Correction Request (Student)

Students enter and save their comments in the request form and then click the submit button.
After submission, an SMS is sent to the course instructor, as shown below:

※ If you save but do not click submit, the SMS will NOT be sent.

📩 SMS Example

“A new entry has been submitted to the Grade Review Request System for the course △△△ <The Catholic University of Korea>”

※ Requests made at night or early morning will be sent during the next daytime hours.

<Additional Notes>

1. Students bear full responsibility for not providing accurate contact information or email.
   
   

2. This system is strictly for correcting instructor errors; please refrain from asking unrelated questions (e.g., requesting feedback on your grade).
   
   

3. Students who did not complete the course evaluation will only be able to view their grades after grades are finalized.
   
   

4. Grades can also be checked through the Catholic University mobile app (Academics → Grade Inquiry).
   
   

✔ Examples of Appropriate Requests

1. “I did not miss any classes, but my attendance score is not full. Could you check this?”
   
   

2. “I submitted the assignment, but the score appears as 0. Could you verify?”

1. “Why did I receive a B+?”
   
   

2. “I received a B0. Can you change it to an A+?”
