2. Guidelines for Course Change, Withdrawal, and Additional Course Application

Nov. 20 (Thu) ~ Nov. 27 (Thu), 9:00–17:00 (excluding weekends)

▶ If a registered course is canceled, students must access Trinity to change to an available course or request cancellation.

▶ Additional course registration is available.

※ Course changes are strictly NOT allowed after this period.

Tuition Bill Printing & Tuition Payment (Registration)

Dec. 1 (Mon) ~ Dec. 8 (Mon), 9:00–16:00 (bill printing available)

▶ Tuition bill printing via Trinity (Academic Info → Registration/Scholarship → Registration → Winter Session Tuition Bill)

▶ Tuition Fee: 80,000 KRW per credit

※ Exception: “Sharing Love” (Basic Liberal Arts, 2 credits) has a tuition fee of 60,000 KRW

▶ Payment method: Print the bill and pay at the bank or via virtual account

▶ Payment confirmation is possible based on the payer’s business day (bill printing menu)

▶ Partial payments are not allowed

▶ Payments can only be made during bank business hours (9:00–16:00)

▶ No course changes allowed after tuition payment

▶ Unpaid course registrations will be completely invalidated

▶ Courses with 0 KRW tuition (e.g., “Humanities & Social Studies: Angel Design Basics for Startups”) do not require separate payment

※ Courses with fewer than 15 registered students will be canceled as a rule.

Course Change for Students Registered in 2nd-Round Cancelled Courses

Dec. 15 (Mon) ~ Dec. 19 (Fri), 17:00

▶ Course changes allowed only for students registered in canceled courses (individual notice provided)

▶ Refund (Withdrawal) Application: For course withdrawal, apply through Trinity

Refund Application (1st Round)


(Academic Info → Courses/Grades → Courses → Winter Session Course Withdrawal/Refund Application)

- Full refund available if refund request is made before the course begins

- Enter mobile phone number, account number, and account holder name accurately

- The refund processing period may take some time


※ Students exempted from tuition due to Entrepreneurship Support Team programs must apply for course withdrawal if they do not plan to take the course.

▶ Classes are held 5 days a week (Mon–Fri), with 15 total class days including hours for exams each day (excluding holidays).

Refund Application (2nd Round)

▶ If course withdrawal is requested after classes begin, only a partial refund will be issued depending on the application date, as shown below.
