2025 Fall Semester Ansan City Half-Tuition Support for University Students

If you do not apply for the 2025 Fall Semester National Scholarship, you cannot apply for the Ansan City Half-Tuition Support for University Students.

Eligibility for Support

• Students who have received the National Basic Livelihood Security Benefits, or students with disabilities as defined by the Disability Welfare Act.

• Students from single-parent families as defined by the Act on Fostering and Supporting Single-Parent Families.

• Students from multi-child families (3 or more children).

• Students whose household income is in Soseok District 1-6 according to the National Scholarship's standards.

• Students enrolled in domestic universities (excluding Korean tourism and hotel management and practical vocational schools).

• Excludes students from foreign universities, graduate schools, and lifelong education institutions that are not degree-granting.

Age Requirement

• 29 years old or younger (Born on or after January 1, 1996).

Residency Requirement

• Students or their parents/guardians must have resided in Ansan for 3 years or more consecutively, OR

• Must have resided in Ansan for a total of 10 years or more with a registered resident address.

Support Amount

• 50% of the student's personal share of tuition (Maximum of 1,000,000 KRW per semester).
