The Nonsan City Scholarship Foundation will select scholarship recipients for the second half of 2025 as follows. Please submit your application within the designated period.
1. Application Submission: In-person or by registered mail only

※ Applications sent by registered mail postmarked no later than October 31, 2025 (Fri) will be accepted.
2. Eligibility
New students enrolled in a domestic regular university (including two-year colleges) in 2025
Applicants born on or after January 1, 2002, who obtained a high school diploma within 5 years from the announcement date
Applicants whose parent(s) or the applicant themselves have been registered residents of Nonsan City for at least one year as of the announcement date (from before September 30, 2024, to the application date)
※ Eligible applicants are limited to freshmen entering universities, industrial universities, colleges of education, or junior colleges in Korea under Article 2 of the Higher Education Act.
3. Scholarship Amount
KRW 1,500,000 per recipient (living expenses)
