The Center for Teaching & Learning is pleased to invite faculty and staff to participate in the 4th seminar aimed at strengthening faculty competencies in advising students within the major elective system.

Since the introduction of the major elective system at various universities, many institutions have launched diverse policies and programs to support personalized career exploration for students and to assist faculty guiding students under this system.

This seminar will explore Kwangwoon University’s School of Interdisciplinary Studies’ operational strategies, faculty support measures, and solutions to alleviate major concentration through mandatory double majors. Through this, participants will have the opportunity to gain insightful perspectives.

Faculty members’ active interest and participation are highly encouraged.
