Our university provides the following information regarding tuition installment payments for the 2025 Fall Semester for enrolled students.
Due to a high volume of inquiries during the payment period, phone consultations may be limited.
Please read the following carefully to ensure a smooth payment process.
1. Application System
Installment Payment: A system that allows tuition to be paid in four installments during designated periods for each installment.
Eligibility: Enrolled students whose actual tuition payable is over 1 million KRW (applications will be canceled if the student is later found ineligible) and who have difficulty paying the full tuition amount during the payment period.
※ Students in extended semesters (extra semesters beyond regular duration) may also apply for installment payments. If tuition changes due to course registration changes, the amounts for installments 2–4 will be adjusted.Ineligible Applicants:
Students who have applied for or paid via a student loan
First semester for new students, re-admitted students, or transfer students
Students with overdue payment history from previous installment plans
Students who do not apply within the application period

※ For extended semester students who have already paid the first installment (1/4 of the tuition on the bill at the time of application), if tuition changes afterward, the amounts for installments 2–4 will be adjusted accordingly.
4. Tuition Installment Payment Instructions
Bill Printing:

※ Must print from the “Installment Bill Printing” menu, not from the regular tuition bill/payment certificate menu.Payment Method:
Payment is possible only via virtual account transfer to Woori Bank during each installment period after checking the installment bill.
※ Overseas remittance to a virtual account is not possible due to potential discrepancies caused by real-time exchange rate fluctuations.

From the next business day after payment, confirmation of payment date and amount can be checked through the installment application menu.
5. Important Notes
Failure to pay the first installment within the designated period will result in cancellation of the installment payment application for the semester.
Late payment restrictions: Students who are late will be ineligible for installment payment applications in the following semester.
Academic status changes: Tuition balances must be settled before academic status changes (leave of absence, withdrawal, etc.) can be processed.
※ Tuition refunds due to academic status changes will be calculated based on the full tuition amount, not the installment amount.Failure to complete payment by the final installment deadline may result in dismissal according to university regulations.
