2025 Academic Year 2nd Semester Additional Semester Students Tuition Payment Notice
Our university would like to inform you of the following regarding the payment of tuition fees for students taking additional semesters in the 2nd semester of the 2025 academic year.
Please note that due to the large number of inquiries during the payment period, there may be delays in receiving phone calls. Therefore, please check the following information carefully and make your payment without issues.
Eligible Students: Enrolled students who have completed at least 9 semesters (including returning students)
Payment Period: Additional registration period from 9/8 (Mon) to 9/12 (Fri), weekdays 09:00–16:00
Tuition by Credit (Based on the Ministry of Education's ‘University Tuition Fee Regulation’ Article 4):

1–3 | 1/6 of tuition | 1/2 of tuition |

7–9 | 1/2 of tuition | Full tuition |

Note: The above is for additional semester students. For exceeding-credit semesters, tuition is charged in full regardless of credits.
4. Notes:
a. For additional semester students, the tuition amount will be calculated based on the number of credits confirmed as of 13:00 on 9/5 (Fri).
b. Changes to course registration after 13:00 on 9/5 require contacting the tuition office (02-2164-4149) to confirm the revised amount. Payment is only possible via a virtual account at Woori Bank.
c. If tuition changes due to changes in course registration after payment, the difference will be adjusted in the next installment for 2nd–4th payment plans.
d. Students paying in installments who withdraw after the first installment will have 1/4 of tuition refunded per installment.
5. Installment Payment for Additional Semester Students
Installment Payment: A system that allows tuition fees to be paid in four installments during designated registration periods for each installment.
Eligible Applicants: Current students whose actual payable tuition amount is over 1 million KRW (applications will be canceled if found ineligible after submission) and who cannot pay the full tuition amount within the registration period.
Notes: If an additional semester student applying for installment payment has already paid the 1st installment (1/4 of the tuition amount listed on the tuition invoice at the time of application), but the tuition changes afterward, the amount will be adjusted in the 2nd–4th installments.
Application Period: August 19 (Tue) 09:00 – August 21 (Thu) 16:00 (applications not accepted outside this period)
Restrictions: ① Students with overdue installment payments in the previous semester, ② Students who have applied for a student loan.

B. Payment Information
Payment Method: During the registration period for each installment, check the installment invoice and make payment via Woori Bank virtual account transfer only.
※ Overseas remittances to virtual accounts are not allowed: Due to real-time exchange rate fluctuations, the final deposited amount may differ from the virtual account payment amount.Payment Confirmation: From the next business day after payment, you can check the payment date and amount via the installment payment application menu.
