Program Phases

Phase 1: Onboarding (2 weeks)
 – Build foundational IT consulting skills and internalize company culture
 Week 1: Consulting Foundation
 Week 2: Technical Foundation

Phase 2: Shadowing (2 weeks)
 – Observe and learn real IT consulting tasks
 Week 3: Junior Consultant Shadowing
 Week 4: Senior Consultant Shadowing

Phase 3: Developing Consulting Work Ethic (4 weeks)
 – Understand IT project flows and prepare to perform consulting tasks
 Week 5–8: Routine

Phase 4: Guided Practice #1 (8 weeks)
 – Independently conduct intermediate-level projects with actual clients
 Week 9–16: Project Participation

Phase 5: Guided Practice #2 (8 weeks)
 – Independently lead client-dispatched projects and solve client issues
 Week 17–24: Project Lead
 (*Participants may be returned to previous phase if maturity is insufficient)

Program Completion:
 – Completion reward of KRW 12,000,000
 – Top-performing graduates may be offered a Junior Consultant position at Da Vinci
