1st Refund Request

June 19 (Thu) ~ June 23 (Mon) by 17:00

▶ Course change is allowed only if the registered course is canceled (individual contact will be made)


▶ To cancel registration, apply through Trinity system


(Academic Info → Courses/Grades → Course → Summer Session Course Cancellation/Refund Application)


  • Full refund available for applications submitted before the course begins

  • Accurately enter mobile phone number, bank account number, and account holder name

  • Refund processing takes approximately 10–15 days

  • Refund application must be submitted even if the course is canceled

▶ If you are withdrawing from a tuition-exempt course of the Career Support team, you must apply for course cancellation

※ For courses offered through Catholic University Shared Program (CUI2), refund applications must be submitted separately via www.cu12.ac.kr

2nd Refund Request

June 24 (Tue) ~ June 27 (Fri) by 17:00

 ▶ If course cancellation is requested after the course begins, partial refunds are provided depending on the application date:

Refund Application Period: June 24 (Tue) ~ June 27 (Fri)
 Refund Amount: 2/3 of tuition
 After June 28 (Sat), 2025: Refunds and course cancellations not allowed

※ Course cancellations are not allowed if more than 1/4 of the course days have passed

Class Period

June 24 (Tue) ~ July 14 (Mon)

▶ Classes are held 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), including exams, totaling 15 days (excluding public holidays)
