Before that date, you must complete all the mandatory requirements listed below. (The educational material completion report must be submitted in the first month, and ideally completed by the first week of work.)

(*KOSAF directly matches institutions and students; refer to the selection procedure below.)
☑ Selected students must directly confirm their work institution and schedule, and the actual work start date is mutually agreed upon by the institution and the student.
☑ Please note that the method for recording attendance has changed since the 2021-1 semester. Please check the attendance manual and watch the guidance video.
▶ [Educational Material] "Attachment 2. Guide to Changes in National Work-Study Scholarship Location-Based Attendance (For Students)"
[Guidance Video] https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=rKTPQ0aYA58
(Important Notes)
Attendance recording is primarily done using the location-based attendance system on the day of work. If the actual time of arrival/departure differs from the time recorded in the attendance system, please contact the person in charge at the work institution to inquire and request correction. If your mobile phone is lost or damaged, you can still record attendance on the website, but you must change the input channel to 'Homepage'. Please refer to the manual and educational video for detailed information. Furthermore, if the total number of times attendance is not recorded during the work period exceeds 10, scholarship payment may be difficult.
2. Selection Procedure and Criteria
1) Selection Procedure
① KOSAF (the matching authority) matches students with the work institutions they applied for and notifies the university of the matching results.
② Check for duplicate applicants between KOSAF and Trinity and identify students currently working (exclude them).
③ Confirm the eligibility of selected candidates regarding enrollment status, grades/credits earned, and semesters completed.
④ Among eligible candidates, prioritize selection based on disability status > number of children > lowest income bracket.
⑤ Finalize the number of selected students within the available budget for the National Work-Study Scholarship program.

After the summer semester ends (7/15~), you can work regardless of your timetable. • You can only work during free periods outside of registered class times (working during class time is considered fraudulent work and time cannot be entered). • You cannot work if a class is temporarily canceled. Similarly, for online classes, you can only work during free periods outside of class time (remote work is not allowed). • Registering work during periods of academic status change or overseas travel will be deemed fraudulent work and the scholarship will be reclaimed (fraudulent work). Please note that if fraudulent work occurs, the scholarship will be reclaimed from the student (with interest incurred) in accordance with the Public Finance Recapture Act. You can also prevent fraudulent work by using the 'Voluntary Reporting Management' menu (where you directly enter schedules when work is not possible). • If your timetable changes after the initial summer semester timetable entry, you must submit copies of the timetable before and after the change to the Student Support Team (N109).
