We are pleased to announce the scholarship application process for selected students eligible for the 2025 Summer Overseas Exploration Program during the summer break. Please read the details below and apply if eligible.

1. Eligibility

Only currently enrolled students (as of the first semester of 2025) who meet the following criteria:

• Students admitted between 2018–2022 with Outstanding Admission Scholarship A/B/C/D

• Students admitted between 2023–2025 with Outstanding Admission Scholarship A/B/C

• Excludes students who have already received the Overseas Exploration Support Scholarship between 2018–2023.
  
  

2. Application Process

• Application Deadline: Friday, June 27, 2025

• How to Apply:
   Trinity ➡ Academic Info ➡ Registration/Scholarship ➡ Apply for Scholarship ➡ Click the “Add” button ➡ Select “Overseas Exploration Support for Outstanding Freshmen” ➡ Save

• Exploration Period:
   During the 2025 summer vacation (by August 8, 2025)
   ※ Must be an overseas personal trip (domestic trips not allowed)

• Scholarship Disbursement:
   After the trip, submit required documents → Verification → Scholarship will be transferred by the end of August 2025
  
  

• Bank Account Registration (in your name):
   Trinity ➡ Academic Info ➡ Student Record/Graduation ➡ Student Record ➡ Edit Personal Info → Enter your bank details and save

• Document Submission Deadline:
   By Thursday, August 14, 2025 (submission after return; further notice will follow)

  1. Exploration Report (template provided; include photos)

  2. Passport entry/exit stamps or flight tickets

  3. Consent form for personal data use (template provided)
     
     

3. Scholarship Amount

KRW 1,000,000 per student

4. Payment Method

Scholarship will be paid after travel (direct deposit into your personal bank account)

5. Additional Notes

• The scholarship program was suspended due to COVID-19 from 2020, and resumed in summer 2023

• No applications will be accepted after the deadline

• If there are changes to your travel plans, indicate them clearly in your final report
