※ Summer session courses (including those under Catholic Metaversity) are available to both enrolled and leave-of-absence students.
 However, students on leave cannot participate in inter-university credit exchange and cannot graduate while on leave (must register for at least one semester after returning).

※ Course cancellations under Catholic Metaversity (CU12) will be posted on its homepage on June 4 (Wed).

Course Change/Withdrawal & Additional Application

May 29 (Thu) – June 5 (Thu), 09:00–17:00 (Excl. weekends)

▶ If a registered course is canceled, access Trinity to change or withdraw the course

▶ Additional course registration allowed

※ No changes allowed after this period

Tuition Bill Print & Payment

June 9 (Mon) – June 13 (Fri), 09:00–16:00

▶ Print the bill on Trinity (Academic Info → Enrollment/Scholarship → Enrollment → Summer Tuition Bill)

▶ Tuition: KRW 80,000 per credit

※ Exception: “Sharing and Caring” costs KRW 60,000

▶ Pay via printed bill at a bank or virtual account

▶ No partial payment allowed

▶ Course change is not allowed after payment

▶ Courses not paid for will be canceled

▶ No payment required for zero-credit courses




Second Round of Course Cancellation Notice

  • June 18 (Wed)
     ▶ Check homepage notices
     ▶ Courses with fewer than 15 students may be canceled




First Round of Course Change & Refund Requests (for 2nd Round Cancellations)

  • June 19 (Thu) – June 23 (Mon), by 17:00
     ▶ Course change allowed only if canceled (individual contact)
     ▶ Refund requests must be submitted via Trinity
     ▶ Full refund if requested before class starts
     ▶ Accurate bank/account info must be provided
     ▶ Refund will be processed within 5 business days
     ▶ Students exempt from tuition by Career Support Team must cancel courses separately




Class Period

  • June 24 (Tue) – July 14 (Mon)
     ▶ Classes will be held 5 days/week (Mon–Fri), total of 15 sessions including exams (excluding holidays)




Second Round Refund Requests

  • June 24 (Tue) – June 27 (Fri)
     ▶ If cancellation occurs after classes begin, refunds will be made based on the following:
