1) Precautions for checking your grade level(* Please check your grade level as the grade advancement methods have been revised)① Enrolled Students: You can check your grade level for the upcoming semester via TRINITY under the “Academic Status/Graduation” menu (Academic Status → Review Academic Status). (Refer to Attachment 1)(Available one day after the final grades are updated. Scheduled to be available on Wednesday, January 3, 2024)② Returning Students [Students who have made an online request to return]: Please check your grade level via TRINITY under the “Academic Status/Graduation” menu (Academic Status → Review Academic Status) and register for courses on the designated date.2. Important Information1) Course Cart System① The Course Cart system allows students to temporarily save regular courses they wish to take, not on a first-come-first-served basis. The system was introduced to reduce competition during course registration, allow students to recognize the credits to be acquired, and improve the quality of lectures by having students enroll in preferred courses.② The Course Cart system is not operated on a first-come-first-served basis. So, please take time and apply according to your academic plan during the course cart application period.-> Adding courses to the Course Cart does not finalize your enrollment in the course. You must register for the course during the course enrollment period.-> Students who have participated in the preliminary course registration should apply for the Course Cart.2) Notice on the enrollment and grade evaluations of lectures between professors and their children① In principle, students whose parents are the university's faculty are forbidden to enroll in courses taught by their parents.② If enrolling in a course taught by a parent is inevitable, the faculty must report to the Office of Academic Affairs in advance. The basis for calculating the student’s grade must be submitted separately to the head of the respective department and the Office of Academic Affairs for fair grading.3) Information on course registration for returning students: Students returning in the upcoming semester must also register for courses during the same period as currently enrolled students. Therefore, please apply for your return during the return application period and register for courses on the designated date.[Application period for returning students for 2024 Spring Semester: January 8 (Monday) to January 12 (Friday), 2024]4) Using a macro, etc., for course enrollment may cause an error in the enrollment system, such as a server crash, and damage to other students. To prevent this, a macro prevention program for course registration is in operation to monitor in real time. Please note that there will be administrative sanctions, such as disciplinary action and removal from the registered courses, if you are confirmed to have enrolled in courses abnormally, such as using a macro.Attachment: How to check your grade level for the upcoming semester, Part 1.
