Since the spring semester of 2022, the Undergraduate College has opened the 「Self-making Project Portfolio」 course to encourage students to participate in projects and contests. For more information, please refer to the information below. 

「Self-making Project Portfolio」 course is a participative class where students and professors collaborate. We kindly ask for your active participation.

A. Course Name: 「Self-making Project Portfolio」 [Selective liberal arts course / 1 Credit]  

B. About the Course
1) Undergraduates (from the 3rd to 8th term) will compose a team of three to conduct a project under the guidance of the mentoring professor. The project outcome shall be submitted to the contests hosted outside the university.
2) The mentoring professors should provide close and customized coaching and guidance, and they should play the role of a mentor and facilitator. 

C. How to Apply for the Course for the Spring Semester of 2023
1) Application Period: Monday, January 9 - Friday, January 13, 2023
 ※Date is subject to change in the future. The relevant document will be submitted from the course or major department to the Undergraduate College Team.
2) Place to submit: Course or major department office
3) Documents to submit (Student -> Course department)
    - Fill out the Self-making Project Portfolio course application form and submit it to the course department office.
      (Applying students must adjust their schedule with the mentoring professor prior to submitting the application).
- Verify with proof materials that the contest outside the university, in which the applicant is going to participate, is held (In case it is hard to prove the hosting of the contest for this year, students may submit the proof materials for the contest held last time)
