Urban Renewal Center in CUK College of Entrepreneurship and Bucheon City Urban Renewal Support Center signed a business agreement on 27th for the development sustainable with the urban renewal of Gogang region in Bucheon City.
In accordance with the business agreement, both organizations embark on a joint project through ▲activities for business discovery and establishment of business plan for selection of urban renewal new deal project in Gogang region ▲implementation of businesses such as home repair education, etc. which not only bring residents’ attention to urban renewal but also enhance the competency of residents ▲designing and management of university course programs related to urban renewal ▲mutual suggestions about other urban renewal businesses.
Miryum Chung, Director of CUK Urban Renewal Center, stated, “The fact Gogang region in Bucheon has many resources such as ▲Gogang Prehistoric Remains Park ▲Ecological Walk Trail ▲Goriwool Cave Market ▲GoGang Elementary School ▲ resident council and local community, etc. makes it very likely to be improved by urban renewal.” “I believe cooperation between CUK students who have a wide variety of capacities, Urban Renewal Support Center, and the local residents will bring new consistent energy to Gogang region,” she added.
