nformation on Assessment for Impact of Private Education Survey (for freshmen)

The school Admissions Office would like to conduct a survey of the students to study the influence of the Catholic University’s admission process on the increase/decrease in private education activities. The information obtained from this survey will only be used for research and education purposes to improve the screening of entrance into this school via the "2020 Catholic University Private Education Influence Assessment Report," and the current survey is strictly protected under section 33 [Protection of Secrets] of the Statistics Act and shall never be used for anything other than statistical purposes.

There are 40 questions in the questionnaire, and it will take about 10 minutes. An e-gift certificate worth about 5,000 won will be given to everyone who completes the survey. We wish to obtain your consent for collecting the personal information to send out e-gift certificates, and you need to send your student number and mobile phone number. The collected personal information will be destroyed once the gift certificates are sent. Respondents have the right to refuse 

the collection and use of their personal information, and if they refuse to do so, they will not be able to receive the gift certificate.
