1. Selection Confirmation Method and Results
The selection results for the 2025 Winter Break Intensive Work Program have been announced as follows. Students selected for the scholarship are requested to fully familiarize themselves with the work guidelines before starting their work to avoid any disadvantages.

Method of Confirmation (Trinity and KOSAF)
Trinity (For Trinity applicants): Trinity Portal > Academic Information > Scholarship/Financial Aid > Scholarship Status Check > Confirm 2025 Fall Semester National Scholarship (Vacation) status (Selected/Waitlisted/Not Selected).
Note: "National Scholarship (Vacation)" status confirmation will be dropped in the future.
KOSAF (For KOSAF applicants): Check the application status/result on the KOSAF website.
Application Status: "Selected for Execution"
Confirmation of Work Institution and Work Method
Check the work institution selected based on the priority criteria and current status for the 2025 Fall Semester through the KOSAF website (kosaf.go.kr) > National Scholarship > Scholarship Management > Eligibility Criteria & Current Status for University Student > Work Institution & Work Status.
Note: If "No Selection Information Found" is displayed, it means you were not selected for the Intensive Work Program.
Selected students will be individually contacted by the work institution after the selection confirmation period ends.
2. Important Notes
Confirmation of Selection and Contact from Work Institution
Please wait to be contacted by the work institution after selection. If you have any inquiries regarding the work institution and the start date, please contact the institution directly, observing business hours (must be contacted before work begins).
If you are not contacted by the 5th week after December, please contact the work institution directly. (Work start date, commute rules, general work inquiries, vacation time, etc.)
Work Time and Management
Work Period (Based on Workable Days): 2025-2 Semester (Vacation Period) January 1 (Thu) ~ February 20 (Fri), 2026 (Follow the school calendar/basic period).
Maximum Work Hours: Up to 320 hours per person (no overtime work). The maximum limit must be met.
Work Hours per Day: Up to 8 hours per day (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week maximum) is possible. The total maximum limit is 320 hours.
Commute Time Unit: 30 minutes.
Minimum Work Hours: Students must work for a total of 30 hours or more per month (excluding official holidays/non-working days) to be eligible for the scholarship payment. (Failure to meet the minimum 30 hours per month or working less than 63 hours and 30 minutes, which is 30 hours of actual work + 30 minutes of break time)
Work Hours Management: The work hours limit may vary depending on the student's personal circumstances.
Overtime Work: Work exceeding the total restricted time (320 hours for the entire semester) will not be paid (work exceeding the total restricted time without consulting the university contact person/institution will not be paid).
Commute Management and Scholarship Payment
Commute Input Method: Use the KOSAF website or the National Scholarship for Student Workers Commute App (Download from Play Store/App Store/Galaxy Store).
Commute Input Timing: Work must be entered on the same day as the work was performed. Failure to input the commute record on time may result in the scholarship not being paid.
Scholarship Payment: The scholarship amount will be paid to the student's personal account once the work institution's manager approves the monthly commute record and the student's work hours are confirmed by the university's manager.
Payment Date: Monthly on the 10th (or the next working day if the 10th is a holiday).
Commute Input/Correction: Submit the Commute Input/Correction Request Form and supporting documents to the university contact person for matters such as late commute input/correction. (Up to 10 times per semester).
Academic Credit/Leave of Absence/Graduation
Enrollment Status: Students currently enrolled in the 2025-2 semester must input their enrollment status for the next semester (expected return from leave/expected graduation/completion/etc.) by December 26 (Fri).
Graduation/Completion: Work is not possible during the graduation/completion semester (graduation in February/August, or early graduation/completion).
Exception: Students expecting to graduate in February 2026 can only work until the date of academic degree awarding (graduation ceremony) (Feb 26, 2026).
Leave of Absence/Return to School: Work is possible during the leave of absence period for students expected to return in the next semester (2026-1 semester).
Important Educational Requirement
Selected students must complete the Cyber Sexual Assault and Gender Violence Prevention Education and Safety/Health Education through the Trinity Portal before starting work. Failure to complete the education may result in a non-payment of the scholarship.
3. Eligibility and Scope of Work
Eligibility
Students enrolled in the National Scholarship for Student Workers, University Student Youth Education Program, and Multilateral Exchange Program (excluding special graduate schools).
Students enrolled in the 2025 Fall Semester (including leave of absence/completion) can work if they are enrolled in the next semester (2026-1 semester) or are students expected to return from a leave of absence or are currently on leave of absence/completion status.
Exclusion: Graduates/Students whose family/relatives work at the same institution are excluded.
Work Period Limit: Work is only possible until the date of academic degree awarding (graduation ceremony) (Feb 26, 2026) for students who are expected to graduate in February 2026.
Work Scope
Work must be in accordance with the job description (office work, educational assistance, etc.) and not involve illegal/immoral activities or tasks that interfere with academic work or personal life (e.g., personal errands for the manager).
4. Sanctions for Illegal Work
Illegal work is defined as entering a work date and time that is different from the actual work performed, such as when the student did not work or when the student worked for fewer hours.

Substitute Work | Having another person work during the approved work hours. | Disqualification from the National Scholarship for Student Workers program for 1 year (starting from the date of confirmation). |
Proxy Commute | Having a selected student or another person enter the commute record. | Scholarship refund and disqualification from the program for 1 year (including the proxy). |
Note: If illegal work is confirmed, the scholarship will be refunded, and the student will be disqualified from future participation in KOSAF programs (National Scholarship for Student Workers, University Student Youth Education Program, etc.).
