Mirae Asset Financial Services is recruiting participants for the 15th class of the TAMS Global Finance Talent Development Program. Students interested in building a career in the financial industry are encouraged to apply.

- Mirae Asset Financial Services Global Finance Talent Development Program (15th Class & Busan 4th Class) -

1. Eligibility: Students who have completed at least 3 semesters and graduating students
   
   

2. Number of Participants: 80 for the 1st session / 80 for the 2nd session / 60 for Busan 4th session
   
   

3. Application Period: November 1 – November 28, 2025 (Refer to the Mirae Asset Financial Services website for the application form)
   
   

4. Training Period:
   
   

   • 1st Session: Early January 2026 (2 weeks, weekdays)
     
     

   • 2nd Session: Early February 2026 (2 weeks, weekdays)
     
     

   • Busan 4th Session: Mid-January 2026 (2 weeks, weekdays)
     
     

5. Training Locations: GT Tower, 411 Seocho-daero / YBM the biz, 48 Teheran-ro 1-gil / BEXCO, 55 APEC-ro, etc.
   
   

6. Program Content: Introduction to Mirae Asset Group and its growth story, global financial market trends, overview of financial products, portfolio and market management (stocks, bonds, insurance, real estate, etc.), understanding of the financial sales process, business etiquette, DISC personality assessment, and special lectures by professionals from asset management, securities, and life insurance companies.
