Eligibility | - Undergraduate students who have completed at least 4 semesters at CUK (those in final semester or enrolled for 8+ semesters are not eligible) - Transfer students must have completed at least one semester at CUK - Minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.5 scale) as of the previous semester |
Application Process | 1. Trinity → Academic Info → Courses & Grades → Course → Domestic Credit Exchange Application 2. Print the application after submission → Get signatures from academic advisor and department chair 3. Submit to Academic Affairs Services Team with: - Credit Recognition Application Form - Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information |

Study Duration | - Regular semesters: up to 2 during CUK enrollment - Seasonal semesters: no limit |
Course Eligibility | - Any course from the host university may be taken (except for teacher certification or licensure-related courses) - Courses previously completed or equivalent courses may not be taken again - Retaking CUK courses must be done at CUK only |
Credit Limit | - Up to 6 credits at Sookmyung Women’s University per regular semester - Students with GPA 4.0+ or eligible for credit rollover may take additional credits at CUK |
Grading and Recognition | - Grades are converted to CUK’s system and listed on the transcript - Number of credits earned will be recognized as-is - External credit (domestic exchange, study abroad, field study) is limited to 1/2 of total graduation credits |
Tuition Payment | Tuition is paid to CUK only (no tuition payment to Sookmyung Women’s University) |

Important Notes | - The actual course registration must match the submitted application - To cancel: submit withdrawal via Trinity and notify both universities if already registered - Grade delays from the host university may affect CUK scholarship eligibility, dormitory selection, and graduation processes |
Application Validity | Submissions via Trinity are not valid without hard copy and required signatures. Applications will be cancelled automatically if not submitted properly. |
