The faculty meeting for the end of 2021 spring semester was held in the conference room of Kim Sou-hwan International Center in the afternoon on 18th. Given the current situation of COVID-19, attendees were restricted to only one professor from each department (faculty), while the others were allowed to attend it online via Zoom.

The meeting was led to the order of greetings of university president, presentation of flowers to retiring professors, sharing pending issues of each office, and other announcements.

At the sharing session of each office's pending issues, Class schedule for 2021 Fall semester (Academic Affairs), MOE's 「Reduction plan of student quota to universities in Seoul-Gyeonggi area」(Planning), Other universities’ certification programs and employment-related scholarships (Student Employment Support), Current state and direction of General Graduate School (Graduate School), Strategy to build up an inclusive campus and strengthen global competence (Overseas Affairs), and other issues were discussed in detail.

Also, there was a presentation ceremony of flowers to professors who will retire late August 2021. Five professors are to retire this August: Prof. Han Gi-bong (Dept. of Energy and Environmental Engineering), Prof. Park Jeong-ho (Dept. of Social Welfare), Prof. Lee Doo-jin (Dept. of English Language Literature), Prof. Cho Byeong-nam (Dept. of Life Science), and Prof. Chang Dong-ha (Catholic College).
