                 (Students are on a first-come, first-served basis for 100 students / Register in advance with the school chaplain)

5. Inquiry/Registration: Contact the school chaplain at 02-2164-4620 by 10/28 (Wed.)

6. Class Substitution: If needed among the students attending the opening mass, the 3rd and 4th period classes (11 AM -1 PM) on November 4 (Wed.) will be replaced with the opening Mass.

< Information on the distribution of proof of attendance slips related to class substitution>

① The opening Mass is a substitute for the 3rd and 4th-period classes (11 AM to 1 PM).

    Attendance slips will be distributed after the opening Mass. (Students attending the opening Mass will be acknowledged as present, not absence)

② In order to prevent the copying of the proof of attendance slip for the opening Mass, an official seal in the name of the dean of academic affairs is stamped.

    Please submit the attendance slip to the office of the major (department) that holds classes during the 3rd and 4th period.

③ Please note that it is not possible to leave in the middle of the opening Mass for the reason of attending a 4th-period class.

※ Weekday Mass during the semester is held at 12:05 PM Monday to Friday at the Chapel of Sacred Heart, and there is no Mass on the day of the opening Mass (November 4).
