  • Guidelines to Use of Small Assembly Hall and Outdoor Field during Winter Break 2019





    Organizations that wish to use the Small Assembly Hall or Outdoor Field during the 2019 Winter Break should follow the following reservation application guidelines:

     

    1. Days of Operation:   December 16th (Monday) ~ January 31th (Friday), 2019

    2. How to Reserve

     - -Available Facilities: Student Union Hall, Small Assembly Hall, Outdoor Field, Indoor Gymnasium

     - Reservation Process: 12. 13. Reservation applicants must meet at N110 on Dec. 13th., 2019 (15:00) to discuss terms of use and reservation application; for use of the Outdoor Field, applicants shall decide on the kick-off details in advance and reserve altogether

    3. Permitted Groups: Student Organizations, Student Government, and Small Groups

    4. Caution

      A. For the use of the Small Assembly Hall, reservations will be decided in the order of preferred dates (e.g. 1st, 2nd, etc.) upon gathering, and reservation dates cannot exceed 3 days per month per organization.

      B. After the reservation, the applicant cannot change the reservation dates; in case of necessary change due to unexpected circumstances, please notify the Student Support Team.

      C. Up to 5 microphones can be supported in the Student Union Hall and Small Assembly Hall.

      D. You can reserve Outdoor Field use on Sundays after 12:00.

      E. Please be aware that in case of official university events, reservations on some dates may be limited or changed.

      F. Please note that in cases of double booking, repeat applications, or where application conditions are not met, the event will be cancelled and future reservation applications will not be accepted.
