On September 4th, School of English Language and Literature alumni delivered scholarships to the department. Alumni president Kim Hee-su (Class of ‘85) and the executive team delivered a scholarship worth KRW 15 million to Professor Lee Chang-bong, the dean of the department. 

KRW 10 million of the delivered scholarship will be used for general scholarship, and KRW 5 million will be used for overseas training of one student. The alumni president of the department said that “the alumni association has been collecting membership fees for the development of the department and scholarship support, and will continue to provide support in the future.”
