O.B.F. Club from the Foreign Language Education Center – New Master Recruitment

English Cafe O.B.F. is a club that is part of the Foreign Language Education Center of the Catholic University of Korea. We are pleased to announce that the 19th O.B.F. Master recruitment period is now open. O.B.F. Masters are students of the Catholic University of Korea who sell coffee and snacks in English to students at the Global Lounge. The Global Lounge is a space where English is used and where English-related events are planned and held. They will also have O.B.F visits where they have conversations in English for 30 minutes with students taking the Global Communication class, as well as have English free-conversation sessions that are open to everyone who wants to have conversations in English. We look forward to receiving applications from passionate students who will help lead the English Cafe O.B.F. at the Catholic University of Korea.

1. Eligibility: All freshmen and sophomore students of the Catholic University of Korea (1st semester) who love English and coffee.

2. How to Apply
- Take an application from O.B.F. at the Global Lounge in the International Hub and submit it directly to O.B.F.
- Download the attachment from the announcement on our Naver Café website (cafe.naver.com/cukobf) and submit it directly to O.B.F.

3. Recruitment Schedule
  - March 8 (Fri) – March 15 (Fri): Application period for the 19th O.B.F. Masters trainees
    * Applications will be accepted by 5 PM on March 16 (Fri). Applications won’t be accepted after this time.
  - March 16 (Sat): Round 1 – Select and notify successful candidates
  - March 18 (Mon) – March 19 (Tue): Round 2 – Interview with professor
  - March 20 (Wed): Orientation with successful candidates from the Round 2 interview
  - March 21 (Thur) – 22 (Fri): Round 3 – Master interview
  - March 23 (Sat): Select and notify final successful candidates
  - March 24 (Sun): Advance training for new Masters
    * Failure to attend the advance training will disqualify your candidacy. A workshop will be held on March 29 (Fri) – 30 (Sat).
