Catholic University of Korea (President Won Jongchul) and the Incheon City Education Office (Superintendent Doh Sunghun) assume the role of guiding career paths for high school students within the region. The Catholic University of Korea and Incheon City Education Office signed an MOU for the operation of "Dream Link University," linking the High School Credit System to regions and the promotion of extracurricular educational activity support.
