『2025 Winter College Student Talent Donation Camp (32nd Term)』
Recruitment Notice for College Student Mentors
The College Student Talent Donation Camp invites outstanding university students nationwide to participate during the winter break as mentors for elementary, middle, and high school students who are from underprivileged backgrounds or need educational support. Mentors will provide academic guidance, career mentoring, counseling, and creative activities in arts and physical education. This program, organized by the Korea Student Aid Foundation, aims to help participating university students grow into socially responsible individuals with strong character and leadership. We encourage interested students to apply.
[Application Period and Method]
■ Application Period: Until Thursday, November 20, 2025 (midnight)
■ Application Method:
All team members must apply according to the Mentor Application Manual (Attachment 2).
The team leader must also submit the Camp Operation Plan (Attachment 3).
■ Required Documents (see Attachment 3):Camp Operation Plan Form: Fill out excluding the camp schedule, location, and participating institution information. (※To be submitted by the team leader only)
■ Selection Method: Interview (scheduled for Friday, November 28, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. / any schedule changes will be notified individually)
■ Selection Criteria:Priority given to mentors participating in camps that support mentees from underserved areas (rural/fishing/farming regions) and socially disadvantaged groups.
Priority given to mentors participating in camps operating programs related to ESG (Environment) or Advanced Industries.

ESG (Environment) Camp | A camp including at least one program related to ESG and environmental topics such as climate crisis, green growth, energy saving, recycling, etc. (※Each camp is encouraged to include at least one ESG-related program.) |
Advanced Industry Camp | A camp including at least one program related to advanced technologies such as software, artificial intelligence, augmented/virtual reality, autonomous driving, robotics, or the metaverse. |

This program is operated by the Korea Student Aid Foundation. Each university is responsible for selecting and recommending student mentors to participate.
All participants apply voluntarily and are not obligated or pressured by their universities.
Returning participants will receive point deductions if they submit the same plan as before, so please update and revise your content before submission.
Mentoring activities are categorized as “other income,” and the activity stipend will be paid after an 8.8% withholding tax deduction.
